Feeling a bit melancholic today, so I decided to put on some music and let it take me away. The track I picked was this Dajai song, and wow, it really hit me in all the right places. The mood is dark and moody, yet there's a certain beauty to it that draws me in.
The visual atmosphere of the track is intense and dramatic, with powerful synths and pounding drums that make me feel like I could take on the world. The aesthetic I would pair with this track is dark and edgy, maybe something with lots of leather and black lace. I can almost see myself in a dark room, surrounded by candles and wearing a gothic outfit, feeling like a boss babe.
The setting that this song conjures up is an empty city street at night. The streetlights are on, casting long shadows and creating a sense of mystery and intrigue. There's no one around, just me and my music, lost in my own world.

As an engineer, I was really impressed with DAJAI's delivery on this track. His voice flowed smoothly and had a great cadence that kept me engaged throughout the listen. The production elements in his vocal were also very well done. There were some nice doubles and ad-libs that added texture to the track without being overpowering.
From a technical standpoint, I was really happy with how DAJAI's voice sat in the mix. It was well balanced and had a great presence in the midrange. The gear we used for this session was top-notch, including a high-end condenser microphone and a quality preamp. We also used a nice compressor to help shape the vocal and give it some punch.

As I sit in this small studio room, I can feel the anticipation and excitement building up for this video shoot. The DAJAI track is playing on repeat in my headphones, setting a rhythmic backdrop to the scene unfolding before me.
