As an engineer, I was really impressed with the delivery and flow of Dajai's vocal on this track. The cadence is spot on, making it easy to follow along with the lyrics. In terms of where his voice sits in the mix, it's right in the pocket, perfectly complementing the production elements that CLOAK has put together.
One of the standout aspects of Dajai's vocal is the use of doubles and ad-libs throughout the track. These additions add a lot of depth to the vocal and help to create a more dynamic sound. I stepped into the room where the HBU cast was gathered to shoot the music video for "THE DAJ TUTORIAL" by Dajai.io. The mood was electric as the group worked together to bring their vision to life under the guidance of producer CLOAK. Off to the side, a few members of the cast were engrossed in their phones, perhaps reviewing their lines or coordinating with other team members.
The energy in the room was palpable as they filmed scene after scene. The lyrics of the track resonated in my ears, adding an extra layer of intensity to the atmosphere. In one specific moment, I noticed a cast member in the corner of the room, seemingly lost in thought.
