As I sit down at the mixing console to work on DAJAI's "Double Dutch," I can already tell that this is going to be a fun track to work on. The delivery and flow of his vocals are spot on, with a great sense of cadence throughout. The way he doubles up certain lines really adds depth and interest to the track, while the ad-libs sprinkled in here and there provide a nice touch of spontaneity.
In terms of production elements, I can hear that DAJAI has done some interesting things with his vocal stacking. The way he layers his voice on certain lines really brings the chorus to life, while the use of different vocal effects adds an interesting dynamic to the track.
One of the things that stands out about DAJAI's approach is how well his voice sits in the mix. The way he has positioned himself relative to the microphone and the other instruments in the track really pays off here. The main focus of the shot is the BTS team, their faces filled with concentration as they work tirelessly to capture the perfect shot.
One specific moment that caught my attention was when the lead singer hit a particularly powerful note. The energy in the room shifted, and you could almost feel the air being sucked out. It's clear that everyone in the room is captivated by this performance, their eyes all fixed on the singer. Despite the chaos around them, there's an undeniable sense of unity and passion in the air.
